NO SHOES ON THE CARPET!

I finally have furniture, well for the most part.  I finally found a couch set that I like, although it was more pieces that I was expecting to buy.  Initially, I was expecting to buy a dark brown leather couch and loveseat and try to spend $1200 or less.  Well, after shopping pretty much every furniture store, it was becoming apparent that I wouldn’t find 100% dark brown leather in my price range.  I found about every other variation of brown  but not the right color of dark brown.  With the help my friend Jennelyn, I found an awesome set at the Rothman Furniture Outlet in South County.  It was a couch, loveseat, oversized chair and ottaman in a stone-mocha color, which I would call a dark tan color.  The set was ticketed  at $1500, being that is was the last set in stock but I used my mad hageling skills and got it down to $1250, which helped cover the costs of leather protection.  It was delivered yesteday and finally, somewhere to plant my ass other than my desk chair or floor.

• Replace current dresser and bedside table with matching set.

• Plasma TV

In other news, I quit the second job.  Now I can get back to other things like volleyball, going back to the gym, wiffleball, and all the other things that come with the spring/summer/fall seasons.  Also, tomorrow is St. Patty’s day.  I tell ya, there’s nothing better than a Guinness with cornbeef and hash at 8:30 in the morning.
